Macias Real Estate Services is a team-led real estate group serving Central and West Michigan. We help people buy, sell, and invest with clarity, confidence, and a plan that truly fits their goals.
Led by Alex and Taylor, our team brings hands-on experience across residential sales, renovations, and investment strategy. Since 2016, we’ve guided clients with real insight and practical knowledge, not guesswork, combining smart strategy with a personal, supportive approach.
What sets us apart is how involved we are in every step of the process. We do more than advise. We actively problem solve, think creatively, and work behind the scenes to help our clients reach their goals in a way that aligns with their priorities, whether that is timing, flexibility, certainty, or value.

Alex Macias, Realtor | Team Lead & Founder
Alex began his real estate journey over a decade ago by house hacking and Airbnb-ing properties he personally purchased. That hands-on experience sparked a passion for real estate investing and laid the foundation for the practical, strategy-driven approach he brings to every client relationship today.
As his experience grew, so did his vision. Alex founded Macias Real Estate Services as a full-service real estate group designed to support buyers, sellers, and investors at every stage of their journey. His goal has always been simple: help people make informed decisions and build a clear path toward their real estate goals.
Known for his thoughtful guidance and big-picture mindset, Alex brings both industry knowledge and real-world experience to the table, helping clients move forward with confidence.
When he’s not working to make an impact in the industry, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with Taylor and their two dogs. You’ll often find him hiking, playing disc golf, or fishing whenever he gets the chance.
Taylor Macias, Realtor | Operations Manager & Client Experience Lead
Taylor plays a key role in creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for every client at Macias Real Estate Services. From coordinating transactions and attending closings to organizing celebrations and following up long after the deal is done, she ensures clients feel supported at every stage of their journey.
As Operations Manager, Taylor helps keep the team running efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with the people we serve. She leads many of the client appreciation events, supports agent development, and fosters connections that extend well beyond closing day. Her attention to detail and commitment to the client experience are central to how the team operates.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with Alex and their dogs, tending to their property, gardening, and caring for their animals, including 12 chickens, four ducks, and one rooster. A self-proclaimed book lover, she enjoys reading, audiobooks, personal development, and leading her book club. Her creativity, organization, and people-first mindset carry through in everything she does.
Kyla Devereaux, Realtor | Office Manager & Marketing Systems Coordinator
Kyla brings calm to what can often feel chaotic and overwhelming. She loves being a steady presence, hype woman, and trusted resource for her clients, someone who listens, advocates, and always has their back. She believes the real estate process should feel supported, clear, and human from start to finish.
As a licensed Realtor and the Office Manager at Macias Real Estate Services, Kyla supports both clients and the team by keeping systems organized, communication clear, and every detail thoughtfully managed. From documents and updates to marketing and behind the scenes operations, she helps ensure a seamless experience from first contact through long after closing. She is often the go to person for questions, next steps, or getting connected to the right team member.
Kyla is especially passionate about supporting people through some of life’s biggest decisions and transitions. As a homeowner herself, she understands how meaningful it is to find a place that truly feels like home and approaches each client’s journey with care and intention.
Outside of work, Kyla enjoys exploring local markets and restaurants, spending time with her six cats and tiny pup, and unwinding with a thriller audiobook or crime documentary. She values grounding moments, good stories, and creating spaces that feel supportive and intentional.
