Led by Alex and Taylor, our team combines market knowledge, hands-on experience, and a shared belief that real estate should feel both strategic and personal. Since 2016, we’ve worked across residential buying and selling, renovations, and investment strategy—allowing us to guide clients with real insight, not guesswork.

We care deeply about the communities we serve. Through renovation and investment projects, we take pride in restoring neglected homes, preserving their character, and bringing new life to neighborhoods across West Michigan.

 Alex began his real estate journey over a decade ago by house hacking and Airbnb-ing properties he personally purchased. That hands-on experience sparked a passion for real estate investing and laid the foundation for the practical, strategy-driven approach he brings to every client relationship today.

As his experience grew, so did his vision. Alex founded Macias Real Estate Services as a full-service real estate group designed to support buyers, sellers, and investors at every stage of their journey. His goal has always been simple: help people make informed decisions and build a clear path toward their real estate goals.

Known for his thoughtful guidance and big-picture mindset, Alex brings both industry knowledge and real-world experience to the table, helping clients move forward with confidence.

When he’s not working to make an impact in the industry, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors with Taylor and their two dogs. You’ll often find him hiking, playing disc golf, or fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Taylor plays a key role in creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for every client at Macias Real Estate Services. From coordinating transactions and attending closings to organizing celebrations and following up long after the deal is done, she ensures clients feel supported at every stage of their journey.

As Operations Manager, Taylor helps keep the team running efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with the people we serve. She leads many of the client appreciation events, supports agent development, and fosters connections that extend well beyond closing day. Her attention to detail and commitment to the client experience are central to how the team operates.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with Alex and their dogs, tending to their property, gardening, and caring for their animals, including 12 chickens, four ducks, and one rooster. A self-proclaimed book lover, she enjoys reading, audiobooks, personal development, and leading her book club. Her creativity, organization, and people-first mindset carry through in everything she does.

 Kyla supports both clients and the team at Macias Real Estate Services by keeping systems organized, communication clear, and every detail thoughtfully managed. As a licensed Realtor and the Office Manager, she helps guide clients through the buying and selling process while also overseeing marketing and behind-the-scenes operations.

From managing updates and documents to keeping systems client-ready, Kyla helps ensure a seamless experience from first contact through long after closing. She is often the go-to person for questions, next steps, or getting connected to the right team member.

Kyla is especially passionate about supporting people through some of life’s biggest decisions and transitions. As a homeowner herself, she understands how meaningful it is to find a place that truly feels like home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, tending to her home, listening to audiobooks, thrifting, and caring for her pets.
